右所々田畑等々は胤貞相伝の私領なり。然るに彼の所々堂職等を中山堂の免師匠大輔阿闍梨日祐に永代譲り奉る処実なり。天長地久の御祈祷をよくよく御心にかけられるべし。代々殊に胤貞後生菩提を御弔い有るべし者なり。もし子々孫々の中に違乱を致し競望退転し法華経信心に違背する中山者は不孝の仁として、胤貞跡において一分も知行すべからず。よって後日のため譲状件の如し。

The above various rice fields and dry fields are private domains inherited by Tanesada. However, these various temple positions are truly being permanently granted to Chūzan-dō's licensed master, Great Assistant Ācārya Nichiyū. He should earnestly dedicate himself to prayers for the longevity of heaven and earth. Generation after generation, he should especially hold memorial services for Tanesada's afterlife salvation. If among the descendants any member of Chūzan acts in violation by causing disorder, harboring competitive ambitions, backsliding, or going against faith in the Lotus Sutra, such a person shall be considered unfilial and shall not be allowed to hold even one portion of Tanesada's estate. Therefore, this deed of grant is made for future reference.
