壱ヶ所、葛西御厨篠崎郷内の田畠・在家等の事について、去る元徳三年の解題安堵、去る応安・永徳・明徳の証文以下並びに去る応永四年三月廿三日の御判等が明白である以上、領掌に相違があってはならないという状況は以上の通りです。

Regarding one location - the fields, dry fields, residences, etc. within Shinozaki-gō of Kasai Mikuriya: Given that the exemption documents (kaidai ando) from the past Gentoku 3rd year, the certificates from the past Ōan, Eitoku, and Meitoku periods, as well as the official seal from the 23rd day of the 3rd month of the past Ōei 4th year are all clear, there shall be no discrepancy in the territorial control, as stated above.

[Marginal note: Nisshin was the fifth abbot of Nakayama, died on the 7th day of the 6th month of Ōei 29 at age 74. Yanaka village and Kitagata village are in Katsushika district; Jinbo village is in Chiba district; Imokuba is Kamikubo (Imonokubo) in the same district. Mitani village is Iitaka village in Katori district. Chiba-shō is in Chiba district; Horigome village is probably Hōmai village in Sōsa district. Kasai Shinozaki is in Katsushika district, Musashi Province. Regarding mikuriya, it appears in Jinpōshō, Azuma Kagami, etc. The rest is as mentioned before.
