御差図被下候様申之右決定之後昼之残酒肴を
取繕出ス右は五人之心次第也
一便清明年精進頭故如何之旨肝煎中へ相尋候処
被充候事ニ候得は先自分可被勤由ニ而便清被相勤

年中貴布祢社日供案内 恩顕
同仲ヶ間箱預り 経時

そのうち、まもなく前任の代官二人が入来し、古い装束箱に掟文（おきてぶみ）を入れた箱（一箱）・鍵箱（一箱）などを持参して引き渡した。そして退出の際に祝儀として以下のものが振る舞われた。
- 吸物：《豆腐・かつを》
- 酒：《清酒 二升》
- 肴三種：《数の子・たこ・おひたし》
以上が済み、各々退出した。ただしこの時、重敦は参集の場にいたが、私（筆者）は参加しなかった。
一、灯火を点した後（夕刻）、亨経の邸にて五人が共に参集し、袴のみを着用した。今晩は、老若（問わず）兼頼・代官肝煎衆・親顕・清立・清足らが参集した。
このとき、「誰それは某へ与奪（役職の譲渡）を行いたい」との申し出があり、「（役職の）階下の者については、いずれになっても御指図をいただきたい」と申し上げた。右の決定の後、昼の残りの酒肴を取り揃えて出した。これは五人の意向によるものである。
一、便清は来年、精進頭（しょうじんがしら）を務める番であるが、どのようにするかを肝煎衆に問い合わせたところ、充てられている（担当に決まっている）ことであるから、まず自分が勤めるべきとのことで、便清がこれを勤めることとなった。
一、肝煎衆が退出した後、年中の役割分担を定めた。

Shortly thereafter, two former daikan (deputy officials) arrived, bringing with them an old costume box containing a box of regulations [okite-bumi] (one box) and a key box (one box), which they handed over. Upon their departure, the following refreshments were offered as a celebratory gesture:
- Soup: [tofu and bonito]
- Sake: [refined sake, two shō]
- Three types of side dishes: [herring roe, octopus, and boiled greens]
Once this concluded, everyone withdrew. It should be noted that Shigenobu was present at this gathering, but I (the author) did not attend.
One item: After dusk (lit. after lamps were lit), all five gathered at Yukitsune's residence, wearing only hakama. That evening, Kanetori, members of the daikan kimoiri (supervisory officials), Chikaken, Kiyotachi, and Kiyotari, both senior and junior members, assembled. At this time, it was proposed that "such-and-such a person wishes to transfer [a post] to a certain individual," and it was requested that "regarding matters of subordinate positions, please provide direction as appropriate." After these decisions were made, the remaining sake and food from the midday meal were brought out and served. This was done at the discretion of the five daikan.
One item: Since Binsei is scheduled to serve as shōjin-gashira (head of ritual abstinence duties) next year, the kimoiri were consulted as to how this should be handled. The response was that since he has been assigned to this role, he should fulfill it himself, and so Binsei assumed this duty.
One item: After the kimoiri withdrew, the annual duties were assigned as follows:
- Annual guidance for daily offerings (nichiku) at Kifune Shrine: Onken
- Same — custody of the nakamanoma box: Tsunetoki
- Same — provisioning lodgings for miscellaneous expenses: the same person (Tsunetoki)
