一左馬助経庸明年精進頭故如何様肝煎中へ相尋候処

現代語訳
一、左馬助・経庸は明年の精進頭であるため、いかようにすべきか、肝煎中へ相尋ねたところ、（代官に）充てられた事であるから、まず自分が勤めるべきである由（とのこと）。なお、精進頭の前年は、代官鬮札（くじふだ）から除かれるべきことか、そのまま入れられることか、老人衆がさまざまに議論されたが、差し当たって明確に分かり難い旨（であった）。寛政二年、但馬介・便清が代官に充てられたため、その節の吟味（審議）の事である。経庸が代官に充てられた時は、子細（異議）のない事（とする）。
一、階下（の役）は、芬経・添氏が勤めること。
一、肝煎衆が退出した後、年中の役割を定めたこと。

Article 1: Since Samanosuke Tsuneyori (Kyōyō) is to serve as Shōjin-gashira (Head of Ritual Abstinence) the following year, inquiry was made to the kimo-iri (mediating elders) as to how this should be handled. The response was that, since he has been appointed as daikan (deputy official), he should first fulfill that duty himself. Furthermore, regarding whether the person designated as Shōjin-gashira for the following year should be excluded from the daikan lottery (kuji-fuda), or left in as usual, the senior members (rōjin-shū) deliberated at length, but no clear resolution was immediately forthcoming. This matter relates to the deliberations at the time when, in the second year of Kansei (1790), Tajima-no-suke and Bensei were appointed as daikan. It was determined that when Tsuneyori (Kyōyō) is appointed as daikan, no objection shall be raised.
Article 1: Regarding the lower-ranking duties (kaika), these are to be carried out by Funkyō and Sōshi (Soeuji).

In the eighth year of Meiwa (1771), due to damage from drought, and with great reluctance, it was decided that for a period of eight years the assemblies would be suspended, and that the collected rice of three to one gō would be distributed among the ten persons comprising the Inu-otome-chū (戌乙女中) and the two daikan—three shō per person, as determined by council deliberation. Accordingly, distribution was to be made upon receipt of the three to one gō. The same arrangement applies to the current year as well.
