一、片木三十枚、競馬入用。右は浄衣・鬮（くじ）を月行事中へ入魂（ねんごろに頼む）致し、

一、御更祭は十一月の参勤の如く。参勤の輩は、神主（貴船祢宜代官）添氏、
（同祝）続平代官（充季代）胡清・封李・経庸・
芬経。芬経は当社御備番につき参勤ゆえ、貴船へは不参。

3rd month, 29th day
Item: Both persons in the O-Ryōkago [ritual palanquin service] are to attend duty. Moreover, the notification of the ritual is to be issued three days in advance, and on the day itself, the announcement is to be made by the Monthly Duty Officer (Tsuki-gyōji).
Item: For tomorrow's [ritual] at Kibune, the following items are required: two pairs of sandals (zōri), four earthenware dishes (kawarake), two pieces of dried food, two pieces of wetted flat wooden boards (heigi), and one shō of this year's sacred sake (omiki). However, this is subject to agreement among the five persons involved.
Item: Two laborers are to be assigned to Gorōtarō. A daily meal allowance of eight gō [of rice equivalent] each is to be given. Note that all five persons are to bring their own meals (independent lunch). The items to be brought include ceremonial hakama trousers (sashinu) and footwear, etc.
4th month, 1st day
Item: Thirty flat wooden boards (heigi) are needed for the Kurabeuma (horse racing ritual). Regarding these, the ceremonial robes (jōe) and the lottery (kuji) should be earnestly requested of the Monthly Duty Officers, and the small horn [instrument] (kokaku) should be earnestly requested of the Onmyō Tayū (Master of Yin-Yang).
Item: The O-Saraki-sai [ritual] is to follow the same attendance format as the 11th month. Those attending are: Shintō Priest (Deputy Kibune Shrine Priest) — Soe clan; (Same shrine's Hafuri [junior ritualist]) — Deputy Tsuzukihira (in place of Mitsuki): Kiyose, Fūri, Tsuneyō, and Yoshitsune. [Note:] Yoshitsune is assigned to the ritual duty watch (Obisaban) at the main shrine and therefore will not attend at Kibune.
