現代語訳
外に参勤する精進頭は、経岡・啓保・源顕季・鷹経庸・
操出保・永逞清・神師季三等なり。
一、今日、神酒を献進する。惣市に頼んで備え、奥は封季が備える。
一、陰陽家より胙（おさがり）を八乙女へ七膳、代官へ二膳送られる。当年は封季・充季。その品は左に記す。
飯（蕗の葉に入れ、同じく覆う） 苣（ひたし物として上に置き、土器に入れる）
（豆腐二切れ土器に入れる・鱓二匹、窪付きに入れる・蕨のひたし物、布目土器に入れる）
右は朝飯の後に来る。半紙二枚を入れ、めでたい旨を申し返す。
五日
一、朝飯の後、案内次第、八乙女のうち誰かの亭へ、蒜酒（にんにく酒）のために代官
二人が赴く。芬経・充季なり。
二十一日
一、明日、装束を出すため、人夫二人が参るべき旨を、前日に五郎太郎へ添氏
より申し付けるなり。尤も兼日より自ら装束奉行・社司並びに乗
尻以下へ廻文をもって、何日の巳刻（午前十時頃）に忌子屋において召し具し、相渡すべき旨が触れ置かれる。代官はこの儀に預からず、かつ出頭の代官
両人は示し合わせ置くべき事。先の代官へも封じの仁一人出頭させること。
英語訳
Others attending duty as Shōjin-gashira (Heads of Ritual Abstinence) are: Tsuneoka, Keihō, Minamoto no Akisue, Taka no Tsuneyō,
Sō no Izuhō, Naga no Tomokiyo, Kanshi Kisomi, and others.
Item: Today, sacred sake (omiki) is to be offered. It is to be prepared by entrusting [the task] to Sōichi, while the inner [portion] is to be prepared by Fueki.
Item: From the Onmyō (Yin-Yang) household, ritual food offerings (zō / osagari) are to be sent — seven portions to the Yatome (eight shrine maidens) and two portions to the deputies (daikan). This year [the recipients are] Fueki and Mitsuki. The items are recorded below on the left:
Rice (placed in a butterbur leaf and covered with the same) Lettuce (placed in an earthenware dish as a dressed vegetable, placed on top)

The above items arrive after the morning meal. Two sheets of hōsho paper are enclosed, and a reply expressing congratulations is to be returned.
5th day
Item: After the morning meal, as directed, two deputies are to go to whichever of the Yatome's residence [is designated] for the garlic sake (ninniku-zake) ritual. [The two are] Yoshitsune and Mitsuki.
21st day
Item: For the issuing of ceremonial robes (shōzoku) tomorrow, the instruction that two laborers are to attend is to be conveyed to Gorōtarō the day before by the Soe clan [official]. Moreover, well in advance, the Shōzoku Bugyō (Ceremonial Robe Administrator) is to circulate a written notice to the shrine priests (shashi) and those ranked from Noriziri downward, indicating on what date and at the Hour of the Snake (approximately 10 a.m.) they are to be assembled at the Imiko-ya (Ritual Purity House) for the handover. The deputies are not involved in this procedure; however, the two attending deputies are to coordinate with each other in advance. Furthermore, one person of the "Fūji" rank from among the previous deputies is to appear.
