右の外、先日調え置いた品々は庁屋へ持参し、道具を揃え置く事。
一、馬立差符（馬立ての差符）は所司代へ行き請け取り置く事。
一、吹散八つは職中より請け取り置く事。
（階下）
一、鉾ならびに捧は月番衆へ尋ね置く事。
一、幕三張は幕奉行へ尋ね置く事。

一、階下の太鼓・鉦鼓は階下肝煎より設える。
一、階下の畳は明日、神人が設け置く。
五日
一、神主へは、階下左方より語合（かたらいあわせ）一人を、下部を召し連れ、左右ともに禄絹を請け取りに遣わすべき事。返弁（返礼）は左右ともに右方より返弁する。
一、朝飯後、早々に鉾八本を、右方の階下の下知にて神人に建てさせる。今年は庁屋の賄方へ懇意（入魂）を以て吹散を持参する事。

In addition to the above, items prepared on a previous day are to be brought to the chōya (administrative building) and all equipment assembled there.
Item: The uma-tate sashifu (official permits/passes for horse standing positions) are to be obtained by going to the Shoshidai (Deputy Governor's office) to collect them.
Item: Eight fukichiri (decorative scattering ornaments/tasseled decorations) are to be received from the shoku-chū (senior shrine officials).
(Kaika/Steps Officials)
Item: Inquire with the tsukiban-chū (monthly duty group) regarding the whereabouts of the hoko (halberds/ceremonial spears) and sasage (offerings-carrying poles).
Item: Inquire with the maku-bugyō (curtain magistrate/official in charge of curtains) regarding the three curtain panels (maku).
(Kaika Memorandum)
Item: The taiko (large drum) and shōko (gong) for the kaika (steps area) are to be prepared by the kaika kimoiri (manager/chief of the kaika officials).
Item: The tatami mats for the kaika area are to be set in place by the jinnin (shrine servants) the following day.
The Fifth Day
Item: From the kaika left group, one katariai (liaison/negotiator) accompanied by a shimobe (attendant/servant) is to be dispatched to the head priest (kannagi) to collect the roku-kinu (gift silk stipends) for both left and right groups. The return acknowledgment (henben) for both left and right is to be made from the right group.
Item: Immediately after the morning meal, eight hoko (ceremonial halberds/spears) are to be erected by the jinnin under the direction of the right group's kaika officials. This year, the fukichiri are to be brought with due courtesy (nyūkon) to the catering staff (makanai) of the chōya.
Locations for erection:
One cherry tree at the horse departure point (umaoshi no sakura); one at the whipping cherry tree (sakuuchi-zakura); one at the maple tree (kaede);
Five within the lawn of the tongu (temporary imperial/deity rest pavilion): the upper three and the lower two are to be spaced slightly apart from each other.
Item: After the morning meal, one jinnin is to be sent to summon (someone) at the sakadono (sake/wine hall).
