英語訳
Two pairs of straw sandals (waraji) are to be prepared. Two laborers (Gorō and Tarō) were assigned to this by Kyōji.
On the last day of the 10th month, the two officials attending the御料籠 (goryō-kago, the palanquin procession) are Kyōji and Bensei.
1st day of the 11th month (Clear weather)
Item: For the Miaratama Festival (Miare Festival), five deputies (daikan) accompanied the procession, departing at the upper quarter of the Hour of the Hare (approximately 6:00 a.m.). They first visited the main shrine (Kamigamo Shrine), then Ōta Shrine and other shrines, proceeding to Kibune Shrine and Okunohana (the innermost site), completing their shrine visits. They rested at the duty station (tsume-bansho). Shortly thereafter, the御料 (goryō, sacred palanquin/offerings) arrived, and the divine rituals (shinjи) commenced just before the Hour of the Sheep (approximately 2:00 p.m.). All five wore their sashinuki (formal court trousers), processed together with the chief priest and others to the shrine sanctuary, and took their seats at the worship hall (haiden). After completing the entire ceremony, all five withdrew to the duty station. The chief priest and the two senior officials (ryōkan) withdrew directly to the imi-ko-ya (the ritual purity house). Each returned home before the Hour of the Rooster (approximately 6:00 p.m.). Today's meal duty was handled by a single person (dokiben).
