夫銭（ぶせん）は評議所へ取りに遣わす事。
一 樟脳（二十両） 半紙一折 茶袋ともども割り木・茶釜・鉄輪・手桶・杓子一式
一 今日の序（ついで）に、来る十月朔日（ついたち）の道具渡しの担当者二人を定め置くべき事。

一 今日、当代官へ箱渡しの両人が上下（かみしも）を着用して、午刻（うまのこく）頃に出向き、一通り改めて渡しを遂げ、相済んだ後、祝儀は昨年の通りとする。
一 十一月の相掌会（あいつかさどりかい）の茄子十ばかりを、代官より別当大夫へ渡す事。
十二月八日
一 誰かの亭（やしき）において、参中（さんちゅう）の諸入用の勘定を行う。
茶木原（ちゃのきはら）の年貢米一石五斗三升を、（三組の）与惣兵衛より納める。銀六匁は往来役（おうらいやく）として、孝顕（こうけん）より今年納める。
一 五月競馬・九月節句の装束虫払い等の入用、合わせて〆

Regarding the above [airing of costumes], the articles to be brought by the Daikan (deputy officials) are as follows:
One item: Three shō-measure casks of sake (this year: two shō); three varieties of side dishes (this year, suspended — therefore no side dishes; [originally:] mackerel in vinegar dressing (saba no nuta), octopus dressed in white sauce (tako shiramono), and simmered dishes [the fillings being small taro and grilled tofu, etc.]).
The laborers' fees (busen) are to be sent to the Hyōgijo (deliberation office) for collection.
One item: Camphor (twenty ryō-weight); one folded pack of hanshi paper; along with tea bags, split firewood, a tea kettle, an iron trivet, a hand bucket, and ladle.
One item: Taking advantage of today's occasion, two persons responsible for the equipment hand-over on the first day of the Tenth Month are to be designated and arranged.
The First Day of the Tenth Month
One item: Today, the two persons in charge of the box hand-over to the current Daikan are to dress in formal kamishimo attire, proceed [to the location] around the Hour of the Horse (noon), carry out a thorough inspection and hand-over, and upon completion, the ceremonial gratuity (shūgi) is to follow the same precedent as last year.
One item: Approximately ten eggplants for the Eleventh Month's Aitsukasadori meeting (joint administrative gathering) are to be delivered from the Daikan to the Bettō Tayū (chief administrator).
The Eighth Day of the Twelfth Month
One item: At someone's residence, the accounting of all miscellaneous expenses incurred during the assembly (san-chū) is to be conducted.
One koku, five to, three shō of annual tribute rice from Chanokibara is to be paid by Yosōbei of (the third group). Six monme of silver, serving as the transit/correspondence fee (ōrai-yaku), is to be paid this year by Kōken.
One item: The combined total of expenses for the airing of costumes for the Fifth Month horse-racing (kurabema) and the Ninth Month seasonal festival (sekku) — [sum:]
