一去宝永二年五月五日対乗尻氏僚依慮外
之咎永被召放刀祢職候田中町六兵衛事
其後度々乗尻中江達而佗言雖申之依其
咎不軽至于当年曽雖無寛宥之沙汰自
悔其咎段々佗言依申之則当年十二月廿三
日有乗尻中之寄会而及披露并八番衆等
各無異儀之間被加宥免了
宝永七年正月十八日右之通一社江及披露之処
乗尻中無異儀上者可有宥免旨一決同日

大夫保紀母依病気危急六番衆之乗尻季秋
現代語訳
一、去る宝永二年五月五日、乗尻氏僚に対して慮外の咎により永く召し放たれた刀祢職候田中町六兵衛の事について、その後度々乗尻中へ達して詫び言を申したといえども、その咎が軽くないため当年に至るまで曽て寛宥の沙汰は無かった。自ら其の咎を悔い、段々と詫び言を申すことにより、則ち当年十二月廿三日に乗尻中の寄会があって披露に及び、並びに八番衆等も各々異儀無き間、宥免を加えられた。
宝永七年正月十八日、右の通り一社へ披露に及んだところ、乗尻中に異儀無き上は宥免すべき旨が一決し、同日六兵衛は惣乗尻中へ礼として出頭した。

1. Regarding Tanaka-chō Rokubei, who held the Tone position and was permanently dismissed from the riders' group on the 5th day of the 5th month of Hōei 2 due to his outrageous offense against a fellow rider, although he repeatedly made apologies to the riders' group thereafter, because his offense was not light, there had been no discussion of clemency until this year. Due to his self-reflection on his offense and repeated apologies, on the 23rd day of the 12th month of this year, there was a gathering of the riders' group where this matter was disclosed, and since the eighth group members and others had no objections, he was granted clemency.
On the 18th day of the 1st month of Hōei 7, when this matter was disclosed to the entire shrine community as described above, it was decided that since the riders' group had no objections, clemency should be granted. On the same day, Rokubei appeared before the entire riders' group to express his gratitude.
