廿八日惣代備後守郡久隼人正聖顕両人御奉
行摂津守殿御屋敷江参上之処役人熊倉
市大夫与申仁取取ニ而被仰渡候ハ此間競馬
延行之例書指上追而御願可申上候旨也
然ハ其通可仕猶触穢相済候者前広ニ
可願上也此度延引武家ゟ被仰付候ニ而ハ
無之与二ノ句ニ被申由也惣代御請申相奉行
駿河守殿へ参右御届申夫ゟ御伝奏御奉行
へ参御届退出了

四月二十六日 森 飛騨守
山本中務丞様
二十八日、総代の備後守・郡久隼人正・聖顕の両人が御奉
行摂津守殿の御屋敷へ参上したところ、役人の熊倉
市大夫という人が取次ぎで仰せ渡されたのは、この間競馬
延行の例書を差し上げ、追って御願いを申し上げる旨である。
そうであればその通りにいたします。なお触穢が済んだ場合は事前に
願い上げます。この度の延引は武家から仰せ付けられたのでは
ないという二の句を申された由です。総代が御請けを申し、奉行
駿河守殿へ参り右の御届けを申し、それから御伝奏御奉行
へ参り御届けして退出いたしました。

On the 28th, the representatives Bingo-no-kami, Gunhisa Hayato-no-shō, and Shōken, both serving as magistrates, visited the residence of Magistrate Settsu-no-kami-dono, where the official Kumakura Ichinodayū served as intermediary and conveyed that during this time, examples of postponing horse racing should be submitted, and a formal petition should be submitted subsequently.
If so, we shall do accordingly. Furthermore, when the ritual defilement is resolved, we shall petition in advance.
Regarding this postponement, it was stated as a second point that it was not ordered by the military houses. The representatives accepted this, and the magistrate
went to Suruga-no-kami-dono to report this matter, then proceeded to the Imperial Messenger Magistrate
to make the report and withdrew.
