且埒内ニテ見物之事停止之旨一決則以
年行事右之趣被触知于三手若衆
中同四日十手若役ゟも埒内馬ニ被属候

神前での御神事は已の刻（午後二時）頃に済み、御馬と警固
も参社し、例年の如く万事が執行され、珍重なことであった。

両人共に落馬、馬が悪馬であったため、双方共に馬を引き
上げ、乗り手は歩行して上がった。
一 去る四月晦日、公方《割書：家継公》が御他界された由、五月七日に当
所の若役に触れ渡されて伝え聞いた。五月四日の晩か五日の
晩かに御所司へ関東より飛札が到来したが、道中の洪水の
ため遅滞したとのことである。当所の競馬神事が済んだ後の風
聞で、一社大いに慶んだ。
享（〽[朱]）保二年
《割書：埒内で馬に付き従うことならびに埒内での見物等を停止すること》【朱書】
当年朔日、乗り手中の前方が参会し、埒の内で親族や
身寄りの衆が馬に付き従う儀は、外見上よろしくない
ため停止する旨を一決した。また同三日、三手の若衆中が
参会することがあり、五日の乗り手の将内に若衆中が付き従い
かつ埒内で見物することを停止する旨を一決した。そこで
年行事を以て右の趣を三手の若衆
中に触れ知らせた。同四日、十手の若役からも埒内で馬に付き従うことが

Both men fell from their horses. Since the horses were bad horses, both sides led their
horses up, and the riders walked up on foot.
One: On the last day of the past 4th month, the Kubō《Marginal note: Lord Ietsugu》passed away. On May 7th, this was
communicated to the local wakayaku (young officials) through an official notice we heard. On the evening of May 4th or the
evening of May 5th, an express letter arrived at the office from the Kantō region, but due to floods on the
road, it was delayed. This was rumored after our local horse racing Shinto ritual was completed,
and the shrine greatly rejoiced.
Kyōhō 2nd year

This year on the 1st day, the front members of the riders' group attended, and the matter of relatives and
close associates accompanying the horses within the barrier was deemed
unseemly in appearance, so it was decided to prohibit this. Also on the same 3rd day, members of the three-unit youth group
attended, and it was decided to prohibit the youth group members from accompanying
the riders' leaders on the 5th day and from spectating within the barrier. Therefore, through the
annual officials, this matter was communicated to the three-unit youth
groups. On the same 4th day, the ten-unit wakayaku also [prohibited] accompanying horses within the barrier
