関白殿、伝奏葉室大納言殿が御出でになった。
右の件について御尋ねがありましたので、粗々ながら注進申し上げます。以上。

この一紙は寛保二年四月十八日に伝奏広橋中納言殿へ総代が持参した留書であり、翌十九日に右の通り認めて丸弁殿へも持参したものである。
