出仍居負与定ル処富清申分ニ者音不合ニ付相
扣候間居負ニ而者無之候入直シ可申由被申於
右方階下之前良久申分雖有之階下并
出シ口肝煎中ゟも音合候而馬不出間居負
之旨申ニ付被相退去也

一 三番左重舎【代保健】右富清の番の時、富清の馬が出なかったため居負と定めたところ、富清の申し分には音が合わなかったため控えていたので居負ではない、入り直しを申すべきであると申された。右方で階下の前で長らく申し分があったが、階下並びに出し口肝煎中からも音が合って馬が出なかったので居負である旨申したため、退去させられた。
【勝負木の前にて左右共に落馬したため入り直しとなったところ、右方に痛む所があるとのことで名代を頼まれたことによる】
また七番左杜顕右兼元、両人共に勝負の木【左方もまた名代を頼まれた事】の前にて落馬したため入り直しである。この時兼元については痛みがあったため名代として【（二番右）】澄直が乗馬したため、それならば杜顕についても名代を立てるべきとのことで【（一番左）】延保が乗馬にて持である。
