修理進弘延、親の喪を明けて、やがて乗る也。

大膳亮季徳、柵の内にて追い馬、鞭を打ちて落馬、鼓打つ也。また乗り直す事。
《割書：預別当乗馬如何の旨の事》【朱書】
不審。鼓二度打つ也。預大夫内蔵助氏直乗る事如何候。別当預かりさす事いかが。朔日に使いの後。
《割書：朔日 重治馬坂端にかて一の鳥居にて落馬の後馬に乗らず柵内引き上げ事。付け切り芝は》【朱書】
《割書：地馬を借り 乗る事》【朱書】大蔵少輔重治、馬坂端に南へ引き、一の鳥居にて落馬。その馬を柵の内を引きて上がる。主は乗らず。切り芝は山城守の馬を代に渡す也。
