素走の時、出口において馬と共に倒れた。しかし着座からは見えなかったとのことである。
七 権祝《割書：馬所保麗》 中 音千代大夫保永
《割書：馳抜警固事》【朱書】
素走の時、馳抜けの警固をしたため、警固の者たちから混乱が生じ、重ねてこのような人がないよう示すべき旨、埒の内の肝煎中へ申し渡された。
