《割書：大小振の時落馬したが、番では勝ちとなり、後日内々で違乱があった事》【朱書】
右の十番で左の弁直が大小振の時、馬が膝をついて落馬
したが、番では勝ちとなった。後日、内々であれこれと違乱があったが
無事に済んだ。ただし、このような中では勝ちの馬であっても一
等とも罰して処理すべきではないか。
