　　清命為名代乗馬埒内乗リ下ケ入直シ番之了
　　出口肝煎ヘハ兼頼之輩を以此段被届候也

一　舟木庄の乗尻式顕の代理栄幸が九番で番の時、惣桟敷の
《割書：番で痛所ができたため名代を頼まれた事》【朱書】
　　前で落馬し、痛所ができたため乗馬が困難になり、それにより経所
　　道より御所屋へ来て名代の儀を申し入れた。権祢宜乗尻
　　清命が名代として乗馬し、埒内で乗り下げ入り直し、番が終了した。
　　出口肝煎へは、兼ねて頼んでいた者を通じてこの段を届けた。

五日
一　所司代《見せ消ち：安｜阿歟》倍播磨守殿並びに西御奉行牧野大和守殿が

　　御出になり、奉幣以下をすべて御覧になった。

　　　先馬が両度まで抜け出て、両度とも入り直し、三度目には
　　　追馬が抜け出て入り直し、四度目に持った。この時光経が
　　　止口で落馬した。

1. When Yoshiyuki, substitute for Funaki-shō rider Noriaki, was in the ninth turn, he fell from his horse in front of the general viewing stand
《Marginal note: Substitute was requested due to injury during the turn》【Red ink】
　　and sustained injuries, making it difficult to continue riding. Therefore, he came to the administrative building via the Kyōsho road to request a substitute. Assistant head priest and rider Kiyonaga served as substitute, rode the horse, dismounted within the barrier area, re-entered directly, and completed the turn. This matter was reported to the exit supervisor through someone who had been requested beforehand.

1. Deputy Administrator《Crossed out: An｜A?》Bai Harima-no-kami and Western Magistrate Makino Yamato-no-kami

　　came out and observed all the sacred offerings and other ceremonies.

　　　The leading horse broke away twice, and both times re-entered directly. On the third time,
　　　the trailing horse broke away and re-entered directly, and on the fourth time achieved "hold." At this time, Mitsune
　　　fell from his horse at the stopping point.
