頃に各所の橋が落ちたため足汰を延期し、申刻頃に雨が止み水が次第に
減って橋が架かったので、翌二日に足汰が執行された

One: From the last day of the fourth month to the first day of the fifth month, there was heavy rain and flooding. On the first day around the hour of the snake,
bridges everywhere collapsed, so the foot-washing ceremony was postponed. Around the hour of the monkey, the rain stopped and the water gradually
receded and bridges were rebuilt, so the foot-washing ceremony was executed on the following second day.
