浄衣を着て乗った例である。参宮の祓に逢わない内は座を改め組み直すという話を承っている。希代のことである。

両人死去の方へ惣中から往来田十五年毛を遣わした。前代未聞の儀である。
慶安四年
《割書：雨のため階下並びに乗尻等の奉幣が御札屋で行われたこと》【朱書】
階下の奉幣が御札屋で行われ、乗尻二十人ながら御札屋で奉幣した。雨のためである。
右の乗尻の内、主税助は三番衆の乗尻である。然らば兄の宮内少輔が初乗である。代勤を命じられたが、初乗の時は兄弟が乗ることは成らない。

The offering ceremony for those below the steps was held at the sacred tablet hall, and all twenty riders performed their offerings at the sacred tablet hall due to rain.
Among these riders, Chikara-no-suke was a rider of the third group. Therefore, his elder brother Kunai-no-shōyū was the first rider. Although he was ordered to serve as a substitute, brothers cannot ride when one is making his first ride.
