《鉦鼓并左右床几新調之事》【朱書】
当年鉦鼓が新しく出来上がり、左右（階下）の床几も同様に新調された。
《冠老懸寄進之事》【朱書】
当年木村筑後が冠二十頭の老懸（二十具）を寄附した。
鉦鼓並びに左右の台は社中にて新造したものである。
雑掌保福（二番右）、所司氏守（六番左）、所司代氏金（九番左）は皆節供乗の最下位であるが、どのような人が語ったのであろうか。
《朱傘寄進事》【朱書】
当年朱傘三本を天祐和尚が寄進した。別当・所司・目代がこれを指して着座した。朱傘は御嗜好があるべき旨である。
社中より乗馬の最下位に付けられた時、返答を聞かなかったのは良いことであった。

当神主代氏人岡本玄蕃助保矩《割書：下略》
旧冬権祝職の申し分により、松下矩文・林重副・関盈久が上表に依り、伝奏葉室大納言頼業卿を通じて上聞に達せられたところ、氏人中が相勤めるべき旨の勅許を蒙った。氏人中の五官役代が勤められ、旧冬より保矩が神主代として一社の評定にて勤めることとなった。
社司上表の事は権祝職の記に詳しい。

This year new gongs and drums were completed, and the left and right stools (below the stairs) were likewise newly made.
《Regarding the Donation of Crown Old-hangings》【Red ink】
This year Kimura Chikugo donated twenty crown old-hangings (twenty sets).
The gongs, drums, and left-right platforms were newly constructed by the shrine community.
Zassho Yasufuku (second race, right), Shoshi Ujimori (sixth race, left), and Shoshi-dai Ujikane (ninth race, left) were all at the bottom rank of the seasonal festival riders - one wonders what manner of person spoke of this.
《Regarding the Donation of Vermillion Umbrellas》【Red ink】
This year three vermillion umbrellas were donated by the monk Tenyū. The bettō, shoshi, and mokudai pointed to these and took their seats. It is said that there should be a preference for vermillion umbrellas.
When assigned to the lowest position among the shrine riders, not hearing a response was a good thing.

《Regarding Yasunori Serving as Acting Head Priest by Decision of the Entire Shrine Following the Shrine Officials' Memorial to the Throne》【Red ink】
Current Acting Head Priest, member of the Uji families: Okamoto Genba-no-suke Yasunori 《Marginal note: Details below omitted》
Due to the petition regarding the assistant priest position last winter, Matsushita Norifumi, Hayashi Shigesuke, and Seki Michihisa submitted a memorial to the throne through the court liaison Dainagon Hazama Yorinari. When this reached the Emperor's attention, imperial permission was granted for the Uji family members to serve in this capacity. The deputy of the five court officials among the Uji families completed their service, and from last winter onward, Yasunori has served as Acting Head Priest by decision of the entire shrine.
