There was an announcement to the old and young. The final decision stated: "Since this has been determined by the standing council, henceforth this matter shall be observed uniformly throughout the entire shrine." This was added as an example for future seating arrangements, becoming the final decision of the old and young.
Regarding the long-standing official matters of the shrine officials and shrine families: last year in the sixth month, the Senior Councilors in Edo heard the matter and obtained the Shogun's decision. The Commissioners of Temples and Shrines, Inoue Kawachi-no-kami and Kagatsume Kai-no-kami, acting on the Senior Councilors' orders, reached a settlement on the 27th day of the intercalary fifth month. Reconciliation was thus ordered, and furthermore, by the Shogun's will, they received 500 ryō in gold. They gratefully returned to the capital, achieving shrine-wide reconciliation. Consequently, the 42 members of the six offices of shrine officials' council submitted written oaths on the 11th day of the seventh month, and the collective deliberation of all shrine matters was decided. All matters were determined at the residence of Head Priest Norihisa.
First, since there were no riders this year, the shrine's council decisions were revised.

The two categories of rough light mourning and heavy mourning should be performed with spatial separation - this was the decided evaluation. On the 13th day of the fourth month, this was announced to the old and young and finalized, which Deputy Administrator Sueyoshi announced to the middle-ranking seats. Since the shrine officials

and shrine families achieved reconciliation in the eastern region, as a matter of shrine-wide consultation, the horse grounds for horse racing should be maintained for official duties.
