一乗尻御装束次第
一番ニカフリきておもゆをかゝる也かりに
二々ニ下（(不処）たんな身をのこひて則かく
三々御袖をきよ
四々はかまさきにまへこしのうへをはつして
たうさきにまきこめて後上をよくしめよ
五々みたれをゝはくかうよりにてよくしめよ
六々うちかけわきをむすふ

八々太刀をはく

物である。所司の馬の毛付きはしばらく待つのがよいのである。
一、乗尻御装束の次第
一番に冠を着て面結を掛けるのである。仮に
二番に下袴を身に残して則ち着く
三番御袖を着よ
四番袴先に前腰の上を外して
たうさきに巻き込めて後上をよく締めよ
五番乱れ緒を大綱寄りにてよく締めよ
六番打掛脇を結ぶ
七番背負を結ぶ
八番太刀を佩く
九番品を欠く冠着よ
十番大衣掛けよく掛けよ
十一番御袖の括りよく結ぶ
十二番手水使いて鞭を掛けよ
一、 御結いの次第
一勝栗三坏 二額同三
三名香同三 打出は馬場の祓いにて
祓え読経をいただく
