現代語訳
ところ、罪科が軽くないため追放に処すべきであったが、一社中が
寛情を加えられ、すでに一等を免じて独り召し放ちその職分を終えた。
そうであれば今度乗尻中が更に一社に執り成しをする理由は無い
のではないか。たとえ何らかの訴えがあろうとも、初乗中の執り成しは
無用とすべき旨が一決した。
宝永三年三月十八日に寄会があり、田中町六兵衛の
嘆願の趣旨がこの日また披露されたが、去年八月の衆評の
旨により、更に寛宥の評談は無く、今後初乗中の執り
成しは堅く無用とする旨が初乗中に申し渡された。

英語訳
As the offense was not light, he should have been punished with banishment, but the shrine community
showed leniency, already reducing his punishment by one degree and dismissing him from his position alone.
Under these circumstances, there would be no reason for the horsemen group to further
intercede with the shrine community. Even if there were any petition, it was unanimously decided
that intercession by the senior horsemen would be unnecessary.
On the eighteenth day of the third month of Hōei 3 (1706), there was a meeting, and Rokubei of Tanaka-machi's
petition was again disclosed on this day, but according to the group decision
from August of last year, there would be no further lenient deliberation, and it was declared
to the senior horsemen that their intercession would henceforth be strictly unnecessary.
