一、同月、諏方伊助組へ組替えを仰せ付けられ候事
一、宝暦五亥年十一月、出勤仕りたき旨を願い、御城御番を相勤め候事
一、同六子年八月、願いの通り息子代吉に御番代を仰せ付けられ候事

Due to being indisposed, he requested to submit his small construction allowance and recuperate, which was granted.
1. In the 4th year of the same era, u year (1747), tenth month, having recovered from his illness, he requested to return to duty, which was granted, and he served castle guard duty.
1. In Kan'en 3, uma year (1750), eighth month, due to illness preventing him from performing duties, he again requested to submit his small construction allowance and recuperate.
1. In the same month, he was transferred to Suwa Isuke's unit.
1. In Hōreki 5, i year (1755), eleventh month, he requested to return to duty and served castle guard duty.
1. In the 6th year of the same era, ne year (1756), eighth month, as requested, his son Daiyoshi was appointed to guard duty replacement.
1. In An'ei 4, hitsuji year (1775), eleventh month, as requested, he was granted retirement.
1. In the 8th year of the same era, i year (1779), eighth month, 25th day, he died of illness. Buddhist name: Seiunin Jōyūsai Koji. Burial place: same as above.
