"First, in the second month of the same 3rd year (Bunsei 3, 1820), year of the dragon, he was granted his deceased father's hereditary stipend of 500 koku without change, was appointed to the Aizu Katte Muyaku group, and since he was not assigned to various duties for the purpose of studying arts, he was ordered to pay the Kobushin fee."
