一、享保三年（1718年）二月、並の御擬作金八両四人扶持を下され、御小性に召し出された。
五郎左衛門常尹 初名七左衛門、隠居後は常山
実父は五節左衛門常春の二男
妻は高峰斧右衛門宗慶の女（娘）。天明七年（1787年）九月五日に病死。法名は信院妙境日照大姉、葬所は同上（前述と同じ）。
一、享保十九年（1734年）十二月、親の願いの通り御番代外様組付を命じられ、沼津九郎兵衛組に入り、御城御番を勤めた。

Actually the second son of Gosetsu Zaemon Tsuneharu
Wife: daughter of Takamine Onoemon Muneyoshi. Died of illness on the 5th day of the 9th month of Tenmei 7 (1787). Posthumous Buddhist name: Shin'in Myōkyō Nisshō Daishi, burial place same as above.
1. In the twelfth month of Kyōhō 19 (1734), as requested by his father, he was appointed to the bandai tozama group and entered Numazu Kurōbei's unit, serving guard duty at the castle.
