現代語訳
仰せ出された。
一、同八年（明和八年、1771年）九月、江戸勤番のため上り、御道中では仮御供番を勤め、翌辰年（安永元年、1772年）四月に下った。
ただし 御道中で精を出して勤めたことを仰せ出され、この後毎度同様に仰せ出された。
一、安永五年（1776年）三月、江戸勤番のため上り、御道中で仮御供番を勤め、同年十月に下った。
一、同年四月、日光御社参中に物頭に加わり出精して勤めたことを仰せ出された。
一、同九年（安永九年、1780年）二月、家督として御知行三百五十石を相違なく下し置かれた。
一、天明四年（1784年）正月、御城御番を怠りなく勤めたことを仰せ出された。
一、同年五月、五郎左衛門と名を改めたい旨を願い出た。
一、同年七月、物頭を仰せ付けられた。
一、同六年（天明六年、1786年）四月、勤番のため江戸表へ

1. In the 9th month of the same 8th year (Meiwa 8, 1771), he went up to Edo for guard duty service, served as temporary attendant during the lord's journey, and returned in the 4th month of the following tatsu year (An'ei 1, 1772).
However, he was commended for his diligent service during the lord's journey, and from then on was similarly commended each time.
