思し召しの旨を仰せ出された。
一、同十一年（寛政十一年、1799年）九月、追鳥狩につき組の足軽を召し連れて出向いた。
ただし、この後二度出向いた。
一、同年十一月、跡式御知行三百五十石を相違なく下し置かれ、今まで通り物頭を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同月、当追鳥狩の節、組の者共の足並み調子等、一体となって連携し、進退の手配まで良く整え、かねてより出精し指図した儀について思し召しの旨、御称美を成し下された。
ただし、この後毎度御称美を成し下された。
一、同十二年（寛政十二年、1800年）十月、御預人高木吉間瀬繁右衛門方より受け取り、同十一月杉田大之丞方へ相渡した。
一、享和元年（1801年）八月、五郎左衛門と改名したい旨、願いを任された。
一、同年十月、不時の御供として勤番のため上り、翌戌年（享和二年、1802年）四月に下った。

1. In the 9th month of the same 11th year (Kansei 11, 1799), for the bird hunting expedition, he went out leading the ashigaru (foot soldiers) of his unit.
However, he went out twice more after this.
1. In the 11th month of the same year, he was granted the hereditary stipend of 350 koku without change, and was appointed to continue serving as monotō as before.
1. In the same month, during the current bird hunting expedition, regarding the coordination and rhythm of his unit members, their unified cooperation, and the good arrangement of their advances and retreats, and his long-standing diligence and instruction in these matters, he received praise as his lord's intention.
However, he continued to receive praise on every occasion thereafter.
1. In the 10th month of the same 12th year (Kansei 12, 1800), he received [someone] from the custody of Takagi Kichimase Shigemon and transferred [them] to Sugita Dainosuke in the 11th month of the same year.
1. In the 8th month of Kyōwa 1 (1801), his request to change his name to Gorozaemon was granted.
1. In the 10th month of the same year, he went up for guard duty as an emergency attendant, and returned in the 4th month of the following dog year (Kyōwa 2, 1802).
