一同五辰年正月親《見せ消ち：蝦｜蝦[朱]》夷地御固為御
用罷越候節為介《見せ消ち：添｜添[朱]》罷越候ニ付
御目見被 仰付御流頂《見せ消ち：戴｜戴[朱]》仕御酒
被下置候事
一同年十月帰陣之節於前宿ニ御酒被
下置翌着之日旅服之儘

罷越海陸往来を《見せ消ち：始｜始[朱]》於彼地数日致
勤《見せ消ち：身｜労[朱]》候所此節不残帰陣致候ニ付於
御城ニ御料理被下置候事
一同六巳年八月《見せ消ち：蝦｜蝦[朱]》夷地御用ニ付為介
《見せ消ち：添｜添[朱]》罷越候ニ付綿壱把被下置候事
一同十酉年十一月親願之通御番代
御家老附外様士被 仰付三番組へ

但武講《見せ消ち：懸｜懸[朱]》勤被 仰付候ニ付
御城御番居役着到被成御免之旨

現代語訳
御目見えを仰せ付けられた事
一、同五辰年正月、親が蝦夷地御固めのための御用で赴いた際、介添として赴いたことにより、御目見えを仰せ付けられ、御流れを頂戴し、御酒を下し置かれた事
一、同年十月、帰陣の節、前宿において御酒を下し置かれ、翌日の到着の日、旅服のままで御目見えを仰せ付けられた事
一、同年十二月、蝦夷地御固めの節、介添として赴き、海陸往来を彼の地において数日勤労したところ、この節残らず帰陣したことにより、御城において御料理を下し置かれた事
一、同六巳年八月、蝦夷地御用により介添として赴いたことにより、綿一把を下し置かれた事
一、同十酉年十一月、親の願いの通り、御番代御家老附外様士を仰せ付けられ、三番組へ入った事
但し武講勤めを仰せ付けられたことにより、御城御番居役着到を御免になる旨を仰せ出された事
英語訳
He was granted an audience with the lord.
1. In the 1st month of the 5th year, Tatsu year, when his father went on official duty for the defense of Ezo-chi (Hokkaido), he accompanied him as an attendant, and for this reason was granted an audience, received sake from the lord's own cup, and was bestowed sake.
1. In the 10th month of the same year, upon returning from the campaign, he was given sake at the lodging before arrival, and on the day of arrival, still in traveling clothes, was granted an audience with the lord.
1. In the 12th month of the same year, when he went as an attendant for the defense of Ezo-chi, traveling by sea and land routes and serving diligently for several days in that place, since he returned from the campaign without exception at this time, he was served a meal at the castle.
1. In the 8th month of the 6th year, Mi year, because he went as an attendant for Ezo-chi business, he was bestowed one bundle of cotton.
1. In the 11th month of the 10th year, Tori year, as requested by his father, he was appointed as a substitute guard, retainer to the senior councilor, and outer vassal, and entered the third unit.
However, since he was appointed to military lecture duty, he was exempted from castle guard resident duty attendance, as announced.
