御免となったことに付き、跡職として堀半右衛門組になった

一、同十年戌年九月、願いの通り息子弥右衛門を
御番代に仰せ付けられた件
一、同十一年亥年六月、息子弥右衛門が病死したため
出勤したい旨を願い出て許可された件
