参るべき旨を御直に仰せ付けられ警固を致し罷り帰り候。その後淡路殿会津へ御下りにつき警固を致し罷り下り候処、■【朱左注「ママ」①】掛にて迎えの者に逢い候につき戻り、一陣相勤め罷り下り候事

First, in the 1st year of Jōō, 3rd month (1652): He was assigned official duties related to the Nikkō construction project and went there to serve.
First, in the 2nd year of Jōō, 5th month (1653): He was ordered to go up to Edo for entertainment by the rōjū (senior councilors) and was appointed to the position of go-toritsugi-yaku (liaison officer).
