貞珠院様御誕生の御用につき罷り登り、御七夜の御祝儀より御用を相勤め、翌子三月に罷り下る筈のところ、真照院様御誕生につき御留めとなり、御宮参りが相済み、永々相詰め骨折り候段をお思し召され、御褒美として銀子三枚と御上下一具を下し置かれ候事
一、同年六月、御前に召し出され、両年相勤め骨折り候段ありがたき御意の上、会津への御暇を下され、定めの下し物として御小袖を頂戴仕り候事
一、同九子年七月、苦労金一枚を下し置かれ候事
一、同十丑年三月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、同九月罷り下り候

英語訳
First, in the same month: He went up for duties related to the birth of Teijuin-sama. He served from the seventh-night celebration, and although he was supposed to return in the 3rd month of the following year of the Rat, he was retained due to the birth of Shinshōin-sama. After the shrine visit was completed and he had served diligently for an extended period, his efforts were recognized and he was rewarded with three pieces of silver and one set of formal court dress.
First, in the 6th month of the same year: He was summoned before his lord, and his diligent service over two years was acknowledged with gracious words. He was granted leave to return to Aizu and received a kosode (short-sleeved kimono) as a customary parting gift.
First, in the 9th year of Genroku, 7th month (1696): He was granted one piece of hardship money.
First, in the 10th year of Genroku, 3rd month (1697): He went up to Edo for duty rotation and returned in the 9th month of the same year. However, during his tour of duty, he was granted one set of formal court dress.
First, year and month unknown: In recent years, his memory had become poor and he was additionally incompetent in his duties, so he requested to resign from his official position. However, he was ordered that his resignation would not be accepted.
