十月に罷り下った。
一 同十年巳年三月、御奏者番を仰せ付けられた。
一 同十一年午年三月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、同九月に罷り下った。
一 同十二年未年四月、御徒支配を仰せ付けられた。
一 同十三年申年正月、内願の通り御役を御免になり、物頭を仰せ付けられた。
一 同年四月、公方様日光御社参に付き、御固めとして南山五十里村へ罷り越した。
一 同年五月、五十里村御固め御用を精出し相勤めた段を仰せ出された。
一 同十五年戌年十月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登った。
一 同月、江戸において三十六歳にて病死。法名は信受院義岸全忠。葬所は江戸渋谷長谷寺。

In Kyōhō 10, year of the Snake (1725), third month, he was appointed to the ōsōsha-ban (presentation officer corps).
In Kyōhō 11, year of the Horse (1726), third month, he went up to Edo for guard duty service and returned home in the ninth month of the same year.
In Kyōhō 12, year of the Sheep (1727), fourth month, he was appointed as o-kachi-shihai (commander of foot soldiers).
In Kyōhō 13, year of the Monkey (1728), first month, his position was relieved as requested in his private petition, and he was appointed as mono-gashira (military commander).
In the fourth month of the same year, in connection with the Shogun's pilgrimage to Nikko shrines, he went to Nanzan Gojūri village for guard duty.
In the fifth month of the same year, it was announced that he had diligently performed his guard duties at Gojūri village.
In Kyōhō 15, year of the Dog (1730), tenth month, he went up to Edo for guard duty service.
In the same month, he died of illness in Edo at the age of 36. His posthumous Buddhist name was Shinjuin Gigan Zenchū. He was buried at Chōkokuji Temple in Shibuya, Edo.
