下候節御小袖御上下被下置此後
勤番之毎度被下置候事
一同十一巳年二月辰野源左衛門嫡孫

現代語訳
下向した。
ただし定例の通り御帷子一つを下賜され、
下向の節に御小袖と御上下を下賜され、この後
勤番の毎度下賜されることとなった。
一同十一巳年二月、辰野源左衛門の嫡孫
惣蔵の婿養子になりたい旨を願い出て許可された。
一同月、馬を差し上げたところ、御前において御上下
一具を下賜された。
一同年八月、御前において御小性頭御馬
方支配を仰せ付けられた。
一同年九月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、
翌午年三月に下向した。
一同十二午年八月、酸川野御巡見の節に
御供をし、御用人仮役を仰せ付けられた。
一明和元申年三月、江戸勤番のため
登り、同五月に御老中様方の御招請により任
役を仰せ付けられた。
一同年六月、御老中様方の御招請の御
用を精出してよく勤めたため、御帷子一つを下賜

As per custom, he was granted one summer kimono (katabira), and upon his return home was granted a formal kimono and court dress, which continued to be granted for each subsequent guard duty assignment.
In the second month of the eleventh year (Mi), he petitioned to become the adopted son-in-law of Sōzō, the eldest grandson of Tatsuno Genzaemon, and this was granted.
In the same month, when he presented a horse, he was granted one set of court dress in the lord's presence.
In the eighth month of the same year, he was appointed head of pages and supervisor of horse affairs in the lord's presence.
In the ninth month of the same year, he went up to Edo for guard duty, returning home in the third month of the following year (Uma).
In the eighth month of the twelfth year (Uma), during the inspection tour of Sukagawa Field, he served as an attendant and was appointed to the temporary position of chamberlain.
In the third month of Meiwa 1 (Saru year), he went up to Edo for guard duty, and in the fifth month of the same year was appointed to a position due to an invitation from the senior councilors.
In the sixth month of the same year, because he diligently and well performed his duties related to the invitation from the senior councilors, he was granted one summer kimono
