一、同七年（安永七年、1778年）戌年十二月、頭である一瀬内記が御役替えになったため、後任として西郷源蔵組に所属することになった件

一、天明三年（1783年）卯年七月、頭である西郷源蔵が病死したため、後任として武川五十郎組に所属することになった件
一、同四年（天明四年、1784年）辰年九月、家督として御知行三百五十石を相違なく下し置かれた件
