一同年六月元之名登と改名仕度
旨被任願候事
一同二戌年三月御供為勤番罷登同
十月罷下候
但勤番仕舞罷下候節御召古麻

現代語訳
仰せ付けられた件
一、同年六月、元の名前である「登」と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された件
一、同二年（寛政二年、1790年）戌年三月、御供として勤番のため江戸に上り、同年十月に帰国した
ただし、勤番を終えて帰国する際、御召古麻御上下を下し置かれ、不時定和麻御上下を下し置かれた件
一、同四年（寛政四年、1792年）子年十月、江戸へ勤番のため上り、翌丑年（寛政五年、1793年）五月、貞昭様の御供として帰国した
ただし、定例として下された物の他に、不時に御小袖を下し置かれた件
一、同六年（寛政六年、1794年）寅年三月、貞昭様の御在国中に出精して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として綿一把を下し置かれた件
一、同八年（寛政八年、1796年）辰年三月、御供として立帰のため江戸に上り、同年五月に帰国した件
一、同年十二月、御省略の筋に心を尽くし、臨時の取り計らいも致し、共に心労を致した
