よく揃っていた段について精を出していることと思し召しの旨、相組一同に御称美を成し下された件
一、享和元年（1801年）酉年五月、御使番を仰せ付けられた件
一、同年九月、追鳥狩（鷹狩り）に付き出席し、一番の獲物をしたことにより銀銭を下し置かれた件
一、同二年（1802年）戌年三月、勤番のため江戸表へ上り、同十月に下った
ただし陣中で精を出して相勤めたことにより銀子二枚を下し置かれた件
一、同三年（1803年）寅年正月、弟左五郎を養子にしたい旨、願いの通り任された件
一、文化八年（1811年）未年八月、新番組の組頭仮役を仰せ付けられた件
一、同月、追鳥狩に付き出席した件
一、同年十二月、当年の追鳥狩の際、新番組とも列伍足並み等がよく揃い、運用に滞りがなかった段について、畢竟精を出して差配に及んだことと思し召しの旨を仰せ出された件
