申すべきである。下役の駒治が読み終わって、口書に爪印を押させ、その上で以下の通り申し渡した。

お前は当地において黒八丈織の稼業をしていたが、当分の間金子を拝借していたところ、上納方に差し支えが生じたといって立ち去った件について呼び出して吟味したところ、申し訳が立たず不埒極まりないことにつき、厳重に処罰する方法もあるが、格別の御用捨をもって追放を申し付ける。今後は御領分に立ち入ってはならない。なお飯田・松本・諏訪は御構いとなることを申し渡す。
二月十五日
右の趣旨を申し渡して済んだ。
右につき御繰出の節、会所詰の団六・徳弥の両人が付き添い、小夫一人のほかに穢多一人を付き添わせて唐松沢まで送り届け、帰着の届けがあり、御取締中へ御届けしておいた。
一、御舞瀬村の吉三郎より綿打ち止めの願いがあった。
一、白木屋五郎兵衛・山形屋喜八に対しても、源蔵の出奔につき、あるいは五郎兵衛方へ源蔵が立ち寄った件で、右両人に相談したところ、当人については役義も相勤めており心得違いの義は不埒極まりない、その上会所において

Upon summoning you for investigation, your excuses are untenable and extremely improper. Although there are methods of severe punishment, by special mercy we impose banishment. Henceforth you shall not enter the domain territory. Furthermore, Iida, Matsumoto, and Suwa are designated as prohibited areas.

The above ruling was delivered and completed.
