一、芝平山の石灰窯場を御見分くださるよう申し聞いた件について、金兵衛が申し聞いた。いずれその内に見分に出向く予定である。
一、竹屋五郎七が鶴屋の下店を拝借したい旨願い出た。去年中から塩田村の兵右衛門が拝借したい旨の願いがあったので、先方へ掛け合うよう申し遣わした。
一、弁才天新開田の貸与を受ける人は以下の通り
