　　　　神君（徳川家康）に泰平弓一張（天一弓という、了戒作）、矢鏃二個（同じく了戒作）、槍（左巴の銘）一本を献上した。
　　　　その際、明後三日に
　　　　虎之助様に艾蓬射法をお伝えするよう御命令があった。
　一　同月二十日　御命令により宇都宮治部左衛門（末房）が駿府において天下平定と
　　　　御武運長久の射法を七日間執り行うよう仰せ付けられ、これが済んだので
　　　　神君から馬二疋を拝領するよう仰せ付けられた。
　　　　　　　ただし元和元年夏
　　　　　　　　忠昌様に従い大坂表へ赴いたが、病気により戦場には

　一　十月朔日　豊臣秀頼が諸浪人を集めて大坂表が騒乱となったため
　　　　神君と秀忠様の御出馬が仰せ出された。

　一　10th month, 1st day: As Toyotomi Hideyori gathered various rōnin and turmoil arose in Osaka,
　　　　the campaign of the Divine Lord and Lord Hidetada was announced.
