一 二月七日 宇都宮弥三郎（末房）が近衛信基公からの推薦により
神君（徳川家康）から
虎之助様に付けられた。この時氏名を改めて城井弥左衛門と称した。
一 七月十四日 城井弥左衛門（末房）が
神君にお目見えを仰せ付けられ、その際に家伝の射法について吉日を選んで
お伝えするよう仰せ出され、お刀（来国俊）と黄金三百両を下し置かれた。
御命令により氏名を宇都宮治部左衛門と改めた。

一 2nd month, 7th day: Utsunomiya Yasaburō (Suefusa) was assigned to
Lord Toranosuke by the Divine Lord (Tokugawa Ieyasu) based on a recommendation from Lord Konoe Nobutomo.
At this time, he changed his name to Shiroi Yazaemon.
一 7th month, 14th day: Shiroi Yazaemon (Suefusa)
was granted an audience with the Divine Lord, and on that occasion was commanded to select an auspicious day
to transmit his family's traditional archery methods. He was bestowed a sword (Rai Kunitoshi) and three hundred ryō of gold.
By imperial command, he changed his name to Utsunomiya Jibu-zaemon.
