【右丁】
一 他所の侍とは交際してはならない。ただし古来からの縁者や
親類については年寄共や番頭に断りを入れて参ること
一 喧嘩口論をしてはならないこと
一 負傷者を隠しておいてはならないこと
一 火事が起きた時、申し付けられていない者はその場所に
行ってはならないこと
一 追放者が何事によっても成敗されるとき、申し付けられていない者は
出会ってはならないこと
一 諸侍は身分の上下を問わず、縁者親類、寄親寄子であっても
頼母子講、贔屓、偏頗をしてはならないこと
【左丁】
一 軍陣その他いかなることにおいても、申し付けられた指示に
背いてはならないこと
一 諸侍が福井城下から外に私用で出かける時は
年寄共または与頭に相談し、その許可を得て参ること
右の条々を堅く相守るべきこと。もし違背する者があれば
曲事とする。よって件のごとし
