一菜にて百姓への賄いとして所々にて当座の手形を出し、当座所務の内にて公儀より御下行を成すべきこと
一 伝馬人足の儀は当用の分を村次・宿次にて出すべきこと
一 検見の様子は様々あるので仰せ付けられた検見衆面々の見様で各別の分を相談にて時々に相極め、御帳を作って差し上げるべきこと。この以前に給人・御蔵入の案内者がある所はその引き別けを覚悟すべきで、知らない所は当立毛見ばかりの次第であるべきこと

and one vegetable dish to be provided to peasants as meals, with temporary vouchers issued at various locations, and compensation to be made by the government from immediate office funds.
1. Regarding post horses and laborers, the required amounts shall be provided by villages and post stations in turn.

As there are various methods of crop inspection, the inspection officials appointed shall determine individual cases through consultation according to their respective observations, establish decisions from time to time, and submit ledgers accordingly. For places that previously had guides for stipend holders and government granary lands, proper distinctions should be understood, while for unknown places, decisions should be based solely on current standing crop inspections.
1. Investigations of flood damage, permanently barren land, and attached wasteland shall be ordered.
