一 万高札は御法度の通りに申し付けるべきことで、百姓の前から主人の件については申すに及ばず、下々としての礼儀・礼物を受け取ってはならないこと

一 上下共にたばこを停止すること
一 用もない百姓の家へむやみに出入りしてはならないこと
一 樹木・竹木を理由なく切り取り触ってはならないこと
付け加えて、百姓の子供（男児）に寄らずむやみに暴行し、下知なくして打ち叩いてはならないこと
一 上下共に口論をしたならば曲事（犯罪行為）となるべきこと

Prohibitions During Crop Inspection
1. The prohibitions issued by the government this time must not be violated.
1. Both superiors and subordinates are prohibited from using tobacco.
1. Entering peasants' homes without purpose is forbidden.
1. Trees and bamboo must not be cut or damaged without reason.
Additionally, one must not approach peasants' children (boys) without cause or strike and beat them without proper authority.
1. If both superiors and subordinates engage in quarrels, it shall be considered a criminal offense.
