【右丁】
一 賄賂の法度書以外に、百姓の物を貪り取って食べてはならないこと
一 御法度については目の前に御書付けしてあるけれども、いよいよ百姓の物を少しも貰ったり、または礼物を取ったり頼まれたりしてはならないこと
同様に見て見ぬふり、聞いて聞かぬふりをしてはならないこと
一 わらじ・足半・脚絆を売り買いして履くべきである。百姓に作らせて取ることは曲事（犯罪行為）となるべきこと

1. Besides the prohibitions regarding bribes in writing, one must not greedily take and consume peasants' belongings.
1. Although the prohibitions are written before your eyes in official documents, one must absolutely not receive even the smallest items from peasants, nor accept gifts or be asked for favors.
Similarly, one must not pretend not to see or hear such violations.
1. Straw sandals, foot-half sandals, and leggings should be purchased and worn. Having peasants make and take them shall be considered a criminal offense.
