御建立（小山田多門屋敷跡、今の上の橋に）付け、越後高田の富士山東光寺を
引き移し、黄梅院様並びに向源院様の御霊骨を御迎え移し、
黄梅院様の御石塔を御造営し、右の御石塔の左の方に
向源院様の御遺骨も納めた
一 月日 本多伊豆守富正が江戸表へ罷り出で、御加増の御礼を
申し上げた所、
公方様の御目見を仰せ付けられ、その節、この度
忠昌様への御相続を仰せ付けられた事に付き、国老として従前の通り仕置等

1. Date: When entering the domain, [Lord Tadamasa] brought along Zuiun, the head priest of Tōkōji Temple, and
established one temple (at the former site of Oyamada Tamon's residence, now at Kami-no-hashi bridge), relocating
Fujisan Tōkōji Temple from Takada in Echigo Province, and transferred the sacred bones of
Lord Ōbaiin and Lord Kōgenin. A stone pagoda for Lord Ōbaiin was constructed, and
the remains of Lord Kōgenin were also enshrined to the left of this stone pagoda.
1. Date: Honda Izunokami Tomimasa went to Edo and expressed gratitude for the increase in domain holdings.
At that time, he was granted an audience with the Shōgun, and on that occasion,
Lord Tadamasa's succession was officially approved. As chief retainer, [he was to continue] administration as before...
