持参御礼申上之 御流之御盃被下御長蚫

正月八日 家光御書判
越前
宰相殿
一 正月十一日、勘定初めの御祝儀があり、御年寄並びに牧野丹後守易貞、
高田遠江守一英、野村十大夫朝敞、御奉行、御横目等が出席した。
一 同月十五日、大広間において御切米取りの御代官が御樽代百疋ずつを
持参して御礼を申し上げた。御流れの御盃を下され、御長鮑を

御奏者番の取次によって下された。その後、町年寄どもと同じく職人どもが
それぞれ進物を献上して御礼を申し上げた。総町中より鳥目三十貫を
献上した。
ただし御切米御代官は三日に与力の次に御礼を申し上げるはずであったが、
事情があって今日となった。
一 町人が献上した鳥目は従来通り御返しとなった。
一 同月十九日、御書院において東光寺、孝顕寺、河南法泉寺、
本瑞寺、称念寺、西超勝寺の御礼をお受けになり、その後大広間において
諸寺院の御礼をお受けになった。

1. On the 15th of the same month, in the great hall, the deputies for rice stipend recipients brought 100 hiki each as sake barrel fees to
pay their respects. They were served flowing sake cups and long abalone

through the intermediation of the master of ceremonies. Afterwards, the town elders and craftsmen alike
presented their gifts and paid their respects. The entire town presented 30 kan of coins.
However, the rice stipend deputies were supposed to pay their respects on the 3rd following the yoriki, but
due to certain circumstances, it took place today.
1. The coins presented by the townspeople were returned as in previous times.
1. On the 19th of the same month, audiences were granted in the document chamber to Tōkōji, Kōkenji, Kōnan Hōsenji,
Honzuiji, Shōnenji, and Nishi Chōshōji temples, and afterwards audiences were granted to various temples in the great hall.
