一与力無之衆御供使之時与力役は各別之儀也
一御供御使《割書：ニ｜》被参候侍衆は磯野六左衛門酒井
外記手形を以右如御定役儀引可被申事付
罷帰候日限同両人重而書付を以算用可被
申事
一何《割書：ニ｜ 而》も御用被 仰付足軽役引申事有之は

【右丁】
一 与力のいない者が御供や使いの時、与力役は別の扱いである
一 御供や御使に参る侍衆は、磯野六左衛門、酒井
外記の手形をもって、右の御定めの通り役儀を引くべき事。また
帰参する日限は、同じ両人が重ねて書付をもって算用すべき
事
一 何事でも御用を仰せ付けられ、足軽役を引く事がある場合は
その時に手形を奉って引き、その任務が明けた時は日限も右に奉る
書付をもって重ねて算用すべき事
一 江戸へ証人として上る者の役儀の事は、証人として出立する前十日、

江戸在住中、同じく帰参した後十日、このように知行高の
内半分の役を引くべき事
一 侍衆に御用を仰せ付け、役儀を引く時は、年寄衆から
証文を出すべき事。手形がない場合は、役儀を引く事は一切
無用の事
一 足軽役の事で、まだ派遣していない者は一人につき銀七分ずつ出すべきである。
病気の由を申し出た場合は検使を立て、仮病の場合は未派遣と同じ扱いで
日用銀を出し、実病の場合は一日につき銀三分ずつ算用して
出すべき事
