大御所様から御拝領の御鷹の鶴を御城において御料理を
仰せ付けられ、御年寄を初めとして例の通り頂戴を仰せ付けられた
ただし右の御鷹の鶴御拝領の月日は御記録類に詳細がない

東照大権現の御宮御建立（御宮地は福井神明宮の西の方、後年清水
御門内に移され、その跡に普観寺が移された）の御普請が
御成就したことに付き、御肖像（東叡山御本坊で恵眼大師が
御開眼を済まし、京都に在り）をお迎えするため三岡
次郎左衛門佐栄を京都に派遣した
一 同月十六日、御家中諸士の養子の件について、私的に
すべきではなく言上すべきである。思し召しによって
仰せ付けられるか、あるいは相対で誰でもすべき旨が

一 同日、江戸表から松本覚右衛門が到着（去る十一日に
江戸出立）、阿部四郎五郎正之殿の
書状を持参し、江戸御普請御手伝いの丁場について御望みになられて然るべき旨を申し来た
ただし右について永見志摩守吉次、狛木工允孝澄が夜通し府中に
赴き、本多伊豆守冨正に相談の上、覚右衛門に御返書を
相渡し、江戸表に指し出した

東照大権現の御遷宮（昨二十六日に京都から御着）、御輿は本多伊豆守冨正、永見志摩守吉次、
御幣は狛木工允孝澄、御太刀は杉田采女正治（父権之助の名代）、御弓二張は酒井外記重成
